Tornadoes don't sound like trains: I always think of trains in a fun and romantic kind of way. As a boy, I had model train sets. At Christmas time, lots of people have Train sets running around the Christmas tree. Also a lot of kids are gravitated to trains. They are fascinating pieces of our past. Tornadoes sound nothing like them. Tornadoes sound like hideous monsters that are here to blow your house down. Tornadoes sound nothing like Thomas the Tank.

This is genius! Have you heard a tornado in person? (Just wonderin') I have not, but then again I don't think of trains in that Thomas the Tank way that so many boys do.

Thanks Lacey, I haven't heard a tornado and hope I never do. They give me the creeps.

Agreed! Man, when those tornado sirens go off, yeesh! Love this cartoon.

Well, they DO sound like trains; A lot of big angry ones. They rattle your brain inside your skull and make every single nerve in your skin prick with fear. It's a shout of wind so loud it prevents all thought but one: hide. No, Saint Nick never intended THAT to circle the Charlie Brown tree to the tinkling bells that chitter "Silent Night"

Oof. Contessa, you sound like you speak from experience. That just gave me two scoops of the creepy willies.
