Goat-Man of St. Georges County. This is the other piece I am trying to get finished for the Fantagraphic books contest for the Bestiary2. color will be hopefully added today or tomorrow.
Both Goat-Man and Fizzle Goblin are based off of local folklore.

This goat-man is super cool! The color on the Fizzle Goblin looks awesome, too. What're the stories behind these? I hope one of them is selected for the book, they're really great.
Thanks for the comment on my blog! I'd love to see you two out there on the 29th. Yes, it's a [boring] 2 hour drive out to Manhattan. I highly recommend hitting the restaurant below and to the left of the gallery... I can't remember the name, but the food is really yummy! When I go out there I prefer to get a room and stay the night, kind of make a mini-vacation out of it. Unfortunately this time I have to head home after the opening. :-(
Thanks Lacey. We will try to make it on that FRiday... but with the hacking sniffles, it will be wait and see on both our parts. I am taking my vitamins, then taking other peoples as well. (no). The work you are doing is so inspiring. So exciting to see where this will lead you.
