I haven't participated in Drawergeeks for a while... in 2 weeks Where the Wild Things Are is the topic due. This will align with the Movie release. Can't wait to see that. So, here is the sketch that I will hopefully be able to render out for a finish in time. I would think that this would bring out a lot of submissions, being such an iconic book.

I love your rendering! I just saw a bunch in an art gallery here in LA and yours is up there in quality!

Art Fan is right! This is great. Your drawings always have such solidity and a feeling of 3D form, even when they are squish, furry, crazy monsters. :-)
Thanks Lacey, with luck I will be able to post the finish this weekend, probably end of the day Sunday, barring incident. Hope all is well out there, can't wait to see the show.
